Who I am...
Hi and welcome to my website. I own and operate a full-service home based travel agency affiliated with Travel Professionals International.
Travel Professionals International is recognized as a worldwide leader in the travel industry. Associates receive immediate and international recognition through their appointment with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and affiliations with such industry organizations as the Cruise Line Industry Association (CLIA), the Association of Canadian Travel Agents (ACTA), The Better Business Bureau (BBB), and provincial license registration under the BC Travel Act and the Travel Industry of Ontario (TICO) councils.
For over 25 years I have established myself as a skilled professional in the customer service industry and have successfully carried these skills and experiences into the travel industry. I graduated with honors in travel and tourism from Metropolitan College in Hamilton. Through continuing education I have passed my TICO exam and completed multiple dedicated courses on Florida, Grenada, Anguilla, Portugal, Mexico and many other Islands and Countires. I am a Bahamas, Disney and British Virgin Island Specialist to name a few.
